attractive at the time. Men’s beauty, in general, doesn’t mean much to me. The most important are human qualities, not physical appearance.
Daniil Strahov: As for me, things were going If not tragically, then certainly dramatically. I fell in love with Masha, at the first sight, while she wasn’t very confident toward my bursts of passion. I managed to convince her that we were meant to be together, but only for a short time. Soon we broke up, and didn’t communicate for few years. That brought me lot of suffering, because I still had feelings for her.
Maria Leonova: But, you can not escape from your destiny .After completion of studies in Shchukinsk school, it turned up we both came to Gogol Theatre. And only two of us from our class.
DO: And, did you know at that moment that you were going to be together again?
 Daniil Strahov: Nothing of the kind! We got together again, after a year of working side by side.
Maria Leonova: All that time, we were not even saying hello to each other. We have been living our lives, but separately.
Daniil Strahov: Each of us had his(her)own personal life.
Maria Leonova: And we bound at certain moment, when the time was right, when we were obviously mature enough for relationship.
DO: How did that happen? Was there any particular reason that caused it?
Daniil Strahov: No there wasn’t. At the begging of season, we simply came to theatre troop meeting. Masha set right behind me. I turned myself, and shegave me that look, and that was it.
Maria Leonova: Sometimes, words are not necessary. Because, everything’s so obvious.
Daniil Strahov: Then, we just started living together.
DO: How did Daniil court you?
Maria Leonova: Daniil is very generous. He used to give me presents. .
Daniil Strahov: Well, according to my modest finances, at the time.
Maria Leonova: How much it costs - is not the point!
Daniil Strahov: Our life together began in a room of the collective apartment, owned by Masha`s brother. We spent there five years, married there, and this
